Barbara has devoted her long and rich career in geriatric care to helping people age with grace, dignity, and the best possible professional care. Known for her work in dementia, Barbara is considered a pioneer in the field, providing expert support and caregiving services to older adults and their families in the Los Angeles area and beyond for more than 30 years.
For the past decade, Barbara has led caregiver support groups for Alzheimer’s LA and UCLA’s Easton Center for Alzheimer’s Disease Research, including one for caregivers of persons with Lewy Body Dementia. She also serves on the advisory board of OPICA Adult Day Care Services, Los Angeles’s first Adult Day Program & Counseling Center serving people with dementia and their families.

After a varied career in real-estate development and finance, Elizabeth discovered the field of geriatric care management after her own experience managing the health issues of her parents from across the country. Elizabeth joined Senior Care Navigator LA after receiving her Masters and License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), with a focus on older adults. She leads an early-onset support group with the Alzheimer’s Association, is trained in elder mediation. and volunteered with the Alzheimer’s LA Helpline.

Wendy’s passion for her work as a geriatric care manager was borne out of her own personal experience of dealing with her mother's battle with pancreatic cancer. As a result of this experience, she has made it her life's mission to help others. Prior to joining Senior Care Navigator LA, Wendy was the managing director of Leeza's Care Connection, a non-profit organization (in collaboration with Providence St. Joseph Hospital) which helps families cope with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.
